Terms and Conditions for Removal Companies

Credit Assessment

Movingmole reserves the right to submit your application for a credit assessment. Should you be selected for an assessment. We will contact you once this has been successfully completed, and then activate your account with immediate effect. You will then begin receiving leads via Movingmole website.

Should your company be unsuccessful in this assessment you will be notified. We may contact you to discuss the available options.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date, any payments not received by this time will result in the removal of your details from the Movingmole lead database until payment is received in full. As we operate a company queuing system we reserve the right to replace any companies that have overdue payments with another company until a new position becomes available.

The "low moving season" rebate will be paid at the end of each continuous 12 month period. The "low moving season" runs from the 1st January to the 28th February each year (2 calendar months). You can receive the rebate as either a credit on your Movingmole account or as a lump sum into your own account. Unless authorised at least 30 days in advance the rebate will automatically be credited to your Movingmole account.

Companies are only eligible for the "low moving season" rebate after a continuous 12 month period. The 12 month period includes any free periods received.

Movingmole reserves the right to forward your details to a debt collection agency, should you account remain in arrears for more than 30 days. Any fees incurred during the debt collection process are payable by your company.

Payment must be by cleared funds in our account before the end of the 30 day period.

Lead Quality

Any leads provided by Movingmole which are deemed to be of unreachable quality will be rejected and the charge removed from your account. Unreachable is quantified if a lead does not contain at least one means of contact i.e. Mobile phone number, Home phone number, Email address.

Unreachable leads must be reported to Movingmole within 5 days of receipt, failure to report within this period will result in the charge standing.

Movingmole cannot accept responsibility for incorrect names, addresses or removal details provided by the customer.

Change in Company Details

Any changes to your companies contact details (contact person, telephone number, email address, postal address) should be forwarded to us immediately. It is your responsibility to inform us of these changes. All leads will be forwarded to the contact(s) given by you until changed.

Termination of Agreement

You may terminate your agreement with Movingmole at anytime without penalty. The termination must be received in writing and you will be notified once completed, all outstanding payments to this point must be received within 30 days of the termination.

Movingmole reserves the right to terminate any agreement at anytime. All companies will be notified on such terminations and payments will be due within 30 days of the termination date

Company Queuing

Movingmole lists a maximum of 5 companies in any one area. Any companies wishing to register for an area that is already full will be placed in a queue until a space becomes available. Once a space becomes available the next company in the queue will be offered that position, you may reject this offer at that time but the place will be offered to the next company in the queue and so on until the space is filled. The queue is operated on a first come first serve basis.

Privacy Agreement

Any personal information or details suppled can only be used for removal quotations. Any details past to you cannot be sold on, marketed or or used for any other purposes. The use of details other than to supply removal quotations will result in the removal of that company from the Movingmole database and could result in further action.
